? Cup Milk
1 Medjool Date (Chopped)
1/3 Cup Buckwheat Flakes
1 TSP Walnut Butter (or 4 Crushed Walnuts)
? Cup Strawberries (Hulled)
Place the milk and chopped date into a medium pan on medium-low heat and gently heat up, add the buckwheat flakes and cook until the porridge gets to your preferred consistency.
Stir in the walnut butter (or crushed walnuts), top with the strawberries and serve warm.
