2 LBS Salmon Filet
2 TBSP Brown Sugar
2 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
2 TBSP Liquid Smoke
Place salmon skin-side down into a shallow baking pan.
Sprinkle wit brown sugar salt, pepper and drizzle with liquid smoke.
Cover and refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
After refrigeration, remove salmon, drain the liquid and discard.
Bake salmon in a 350 degree pre heated oven until the fish begins to flake easily with a fork, roughly 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.
Cover and refrigerate for another 8 hours.
