2 (15 Oz) Cans Chili
5 Medium Flour Tortillas
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
5 Hot Dogs
2 Green Onions (Sliced Thinly)
1/2 Cup Tomatoes (Chopped)
1/4 Cup Red Onion (Chopped Finely)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In the bottom of an ovenproof skillet, spoon 1/2 cup of chili into a thin and even layer.
On a clean surface, spoon 2 heaping spoons of chili into the center of each tortilla then, top each with shredded cheese, place a hot dog on top of the cheese and then roll the tortillas around the hot dogs and place seam side down into the skillet.
Spoon remaining chili over the tortillas and then top with the remaining cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven until hot dogs are warmed through and cheese has melted and is starting to turn golden brown in spots.
Garnish with the green onions, tomatoes and onion and serve with sour cream, guacamole and salsa.
