1/3 Cup Mustard Seeds
1/3 Cup White Wine Vinegar
1/3 Cup Dry White Wine
1 TBSP Maple Syrup
1 TSP Ground Turmeric
1/2 TSP Salt
Large Pinch of Ground Cayenne Pepper
2 TBSP Warm Water (As Needed)
Combined all ingredients into a large glass bowl, cover and allow to stand at room temperature for 3 days.
After 3 days, place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until mixture is completely smooth.
Spoon mustard into an airtight container and store in refrigerator for up to 3 months.
