Frankenbride Bellini Recipe.

Ingredients:

1/2 Oz Vodka
1/2 Oz Fresh Kiwi Puree
Prosecco
Fresh Blackberries for Garnish

Recipe Instructions:

Cut and core a fresh kiwi then blend into a puree using a blender
.
Combine 1/2 Oz of kiwi puree with vodka and stir together
.
Pour kiwi and vodka mixture into a champagne flute
.
Top with a Prosecco
.
Garnish with 3 blackberries on a pick across the top of the glass.
