3 Avocados (Pitted, Peeled and Roughly Chopped)
1 Roma Tomato
1 Lime (Juiced and Zested)
1 Red Onion (Diced)
2 TBSP Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)
1 Red Chili (Deseeded and Chopped)
1/2 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
In the bowl of a food processor, place the tomato, onion, red chilis, cilantro and avocado, blend until broken down enough to be spreadable but not completely smooth.
Transfer mixture from the food processor bowl to a medium glass bowl and stir in the lime juice and zest, salt and black pepper until well combined.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
