3 TBSP Olive Oil
2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 TSP Dried Oregano
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
1 Head Romaine Lettuce (Torn or Shredded)
1/4 Cup Olives (Halved)
1/4 Cup Cherry Tomatoes (Quartered)
1/4 Cup Black Olives (Pitted)
In a small glass bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, dried oregano, salt and pepper and whisk until emulsified.
Set aside.
In a medium glass bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and toss to mix.
Drizzle the dressing over the top of the salad, toss to coat evenly, refrigerate for 20 minutes and serve chilled.
