Fried Bull Testicles Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 LB Bull Testicles
1 TSP White Wine Vinegar
1 TSP Salt
1 Slice Onion
2 Bay Leaves
1 Egg (Beaten)
1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs (Seasoned)


Recipe Instructions:


Remove membrane from the outside of the testicles.
Bring a pan of water to a boil and add the white wine vinegar, salt, onion and bay leaves.
Once boiling, add the testicles and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
Remove testicles from liquid and pat dry.
Slice into 1/4-inch slices with a sharp knife.
In a medium bowl, place the seasoned breadcrumbs and dredge the sliced testicles by dipping them in egg, then into the breadcrumbs.
Fry in oil heated to 350 degrees until golden brown.
Serve immediately.
