2 TBSP Honey
1 TBSP Water
3 LB Mixed Stone Fruit (Plums, Peaches, Nectarines, Etc, Halved and Pitted)
12 Oz Angel Food Cake (Sliced)
2 TBSP Thyme Leaves (Chopped)
2 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt
Preheat Grill.
In a small glass bowl, combine the honey and water.
Place fruit halves on a parchment lined baking sheet, cut side up and brush with the honey water mixture.
Grilled for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from grill, flip and coat the undersides with honey water and return to the grill for another 5-8 minutes.
Remove fruit from the grill and then place the sliced angel food cake onto a baking sheet and grill for 2-3 minutes until slightly toasted, remove from oven and break into bite-sized pieces.
Cut fruit into bite-sized pieces, add to a medium glass bowl and combine with the honey water and chopped thyme.
Divide the angel food cake into four bowls, top with the chopped fruit and finally top with the Greek yogurt.
Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
