Garlic Butter Prawn Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 LB Prawn (Peeled and Deveined)
6 TBSP Butter
1/2 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
5 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
1/2 TSP Crushed Red Pepper
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
2 TBSP Fresh Parsley (Minced)


Recipe Instructions:


Heat 2 TBSP butter in a large heavy bottomed skillet over medium heat.
Add the prawn and sprinkle with salt and pepper, cook, stirring occasionally for 4-5 minutes or until the prawn turn pink and are cooked through.
Remove the prawn to a plate and set aside.
Add the garlic to the skillet and cook, constantly stirring for about 30 seconds.
Next, add the chicken stock and whisk to combine with the garlic butter mixture.
Simmer for about 10-12 minutes until the stock has reduced by about half.
Add the remaining 4 TBSP butter, lemon juice and crushed red pepper to the sauce and stir until butter has melted, cook for a further 2 minutes once butter has melted.
Remove the skillet from the heat, add the prawn, stir to coat in the sauce and sprinkle with the parsley, serve immediately.
