4 LBs Chicken Wings
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Ground Black Pepper
2 Sticks Butter (Melted)
8 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
4 TBSP Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
2 TSP Red Pepper Flakes
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a baking rack on top.
Set aside.
In a large glass bowl place chicken wings and season with salt and pepper, toss to coat.
Transfer the chicken wings to the baking rack in a single layer and bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until they turn golden and crisp.
In a large glass bowl, place melted butter, garlic, parsley, parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes and mix to combine well.
Add cooked wings to the parmesan and garlic sauce and toss to coat thoroughly.
Place wings on a serving platter, sprinkle with a little extra parmesan cheese and chopped parsley and serve warm.
