1 LB Shrimp (Deveined and Peeled)
1 Small Head of Broccoli (Cut into Florets)
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
1" Fresh Ginger (Minced)
2 TBSP Honey
1 TBSP Soy Sauce (Low Sodium)
In a small pan, over medium heat, add 1 cup of water and the fresh broccoli and bring to a boil for 4 minutes.
Remove from the heat and set aside.
In a small glass bowl, whisk together the garlic, ginger, honey and soy sauce, pour half o the mixture into a sealable plastic bag and add the shrimp to the bag, shake to coat the shrimp and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to marinade.
In a large non-stick skillet over high heat, add the olive oil and heat until shimmering, add the shrimp and sear for 2 minutes per side.
Add the broccoli and remaining half of the sauce, stir to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove skillet from heat and serve immediately.
