Asian Plum Spritzer Recipe.

Ingredients:

2 Oz Gin
1 1/2 Oz Plum Wine
1/2 Oz Yellow Chartreuse
3 Oz Prosecco
Fresh Thyme & Plum to Garnish

Recipe Instructions:

Place a large sphere ice cube into the bottom of a white wine glass

Next, pour in your gin, plum wine, and yellow chartreuse
.

Slowly stir with a bar spoon to combine
.

Top with 3 Oz of Prosecco
.

Garnish with plum slices and a sprig of fresh thyme.
