4 LBs Chicken Wings
1/2 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
6 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
1 TBSP Ground Ginger
1/2 TBSP Cayenne Pepper
2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
1 TSP Kosher Salt
2 TBSP Cornstarch
4 TBSP Sesame Seeds
Place chicken wings in the bowl of a large slow cooker.
In a large glass bowl, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper and black pepper.
Add salt and cornstarch and whisk until well combined.
Pour sauce mixture over the chicken wings and toss until each wing is lightly coated.
Cook coated chicken wings on high until cooked thoroughly, roughly 2-3 hours.
Heat broiler and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a cooking rack on top.
Place wings in a single layer onto baking rack over the lined tray and brook for 4 minutes or until crispy.
Sprinkle cooked chicken wings with sesame seeds and serve.
