In a large glass bowl, combine all of the ingredients and whisk until the sugar has dissolved.
Transfer dressing to a bottle or container with an air-tight lid and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
Dressing can be kept refrigerated for up to 7 days.
