1/2 Cup Vegetable Broth
1/3 Cup Rice Vinegar
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 TSP Sesame Oil
1 TSP Sugar
1 TSP Garlic (Minced)
1/2 TSP Ground Ginger
1/4 TSP Chili Paste
1 Lime (Juiced)
1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)
Add the vegetable broth, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, chili paste, lime juice and sugar to a bowl of a food processor and blend for 30 seconds until everything is smooth and clump free.
Transfer the dressing to a bottle or container with an air-tight lid, add the chopped cilantro and stir to mix, refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
Dressing will keep refrigerated for up to 7 days.
