Ginger, Lemon & Kale Smoothie Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 Cup Kale
1 Lemon (Peeled and Segmented)
1? Fresh Ginger (Peeled and Minced)
1 Cup Water
1 Medium Frozen Banana
? Cup Ice Cubes


Recipe Instructions:


Add all ingredients to the jug of a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
