2 Cups Acai Juice
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Seltzer Water
Over medium heat, in a medium sized saucepan, add the sugar and acai juice and simmer for 20 minutes until the mixture turns to a syrup.
Pour mixture into a glass jug and chill in refrigerator until ready to use.
To use, add 1/2 cup of acai syrup to a 16 oz cup filled with ice and fill with seltzer water.
Serve immediately.
