For Weed Pesto
2 Cups Fresh Basil Leaves (Packed)
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
1/2 Cup Cannabis Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
For Gnocchi
2 TBSP Cannabis Oil
1 LB Gnocchi
In the bowl of a food processor, add basil leaves and garlic and pulse until coarsely chopped.
With processor still running, slowly drizzle in the cannabis oil and process until the mixture is well combined and smooth, add the grated parmesan cheese salt and pepper and process for another 30 seconds.
Set aside.
Next, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions, drain and place into a bowl to cool down.
Meanwhile, heat 2 TBSP of cannabis oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add the gnocchi in a single layer and cook, until they begin to turn golden brown, turn the gnocchi and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side starts turning golden brown.
Remove skillet from heat and stir in the pesto sauce, toss gentle and serve warm sprinkled with a little parmesan cheese.
