3/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 TSP Crushed Oregano
1 TSP Salt
In a large glass bowl combine the dressing ingredients and using a balloon whisk, whisk to combined until the dressing turns a light color with a cream-like texture.
Transfer dressing to a bottle or container with an air-tight lid and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
Dressing can be kept refrigerated for up to 10 days.
