Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bowl Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 Cup Plain Greek Low-Fat Yogurt
1/3 Cup Fresh (or Frozen and Thawed Fruit)
1 TSP Raw Honey
1 TBSP Chopped Unsalted Nuts (Almond, Walnut, Pecan, Hazelnuts or a Mixture)


Recipe Instructions:


In a bowl, place the Greek yogurt, top with fruit then the nuts, finally drizzle the raw honey over the top.
Enjoy immediately.
