1/2 Cup Canola Oil
1 Medium Onion (Finely Diced)
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
2 TBSP Orange Juice
1 TSP Lemon Zest (Grated)
1 TSP Orange Zest (Grated)
1 Clove of Garlic (Minced)
2 Salmon Fillets
In a jar with a tight fitting glid, combine the canola oil, onion, lemon juice, orange juice, lemon zest, orange zest and garlic.
Shake well to mix.
On a grill over medium heat, grill the salmon, skin-side down for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Every 5 minutes baste with the oil and citrus mixture.
