4 TBSP Herb Butter
4 Ears of Corn
Preheat grill to high heat.
Remove the leaves and threads from the corn and place in a pan of boiling water over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
Remove corn from the pan and drain on paper towels.
Skewer each ear of corn lengthways with a metal or thick bamboo skewer.
Place the corn ears on the grill and cook for 10 minutes turning constantly to avoid burning.
Remove from the grill, place on a serving platter and brush each ear of corn with herb butter, serve immediately.
