1 1/2 LBS Boneless Ham (Cooked)
3/4 LB Ground Pork
2 Large Eggs
2/3 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar (Packed)
1/3 Cup Crushed Pineapple plus 3 TBSP Juice
1 TBSP Spicy Brown Mustard
1/4 TSP Ground Cloves
In the bowl of a food processor, pulse cooked ham until it is finely ground.
Add remaining ingredients and process until the ingredients are mixed lightly but not thoroughly or paste like.
Shape mixture into 8 individual patties, using your finger, make a shallow indent in the center of each patty to they stay flat whilst grilling.
Grill the burgers on a greased rack, over medium-high direct heat for 5-6 minutes, flip and grill for another 4 minutes.
Remove from grill once a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees and serve as required.
