Grilled Italian Seasoned Tofu Skewers Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 Block of Firm Tofu (Cubed)
1/4 Olive Oil
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
3/4 TSP Salt
1/4 TSP Pepper
1 TSP Italian Seasoning
2 TSP Garlic (Minced)
1 TBSP Parsley (Chopped)
Lemon Wedges for Serving


Recipe Instructions:


Preheat broiler.
Put olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic into a resealable plastic bag.
Seal and shake to combine.
Add the cubed tofu to the bag and seal toss to coat evenly with marinade.
Refrigerate bag of tofu and marinade for 30 minutes.
Thread tofu onto skewers.
Place tofu skewers on a sheet pan coated with cooking spray.
Broil skewers for 2-3 minutes per side or until each side turns golden brown.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
