Grilled Shrimp Skewers Recipe.


Ingredients:


1LB Large Shrimp
1/4 Olive Oil
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
1/4 TSP Pepper
1 TSP Italian Seasoning
2 TSP Garlic (Minced)
1 TBSP Parsley (Chopped)
Lemon Wedges for Serving


Recipe Instructions:


Preheat broiler.
Put olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic into a resealable plastic bag.
Seal and shake to combine.
Add the shrimp to the bag and seal toss to coat evenly with marinade.
Refrigerate bag of shrimp and marinade for 15 minutes.
Thread shrimp onto skewers.
Place shrimp skewers on a sheet pan coated with cooking spray.
Broil shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side or until shrimp are pink.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
