Aviation Cocktail Recipe.

Ingredients:

2 Oz Gin
1/4 Oz Maraschino Liqueur
1/4 Oz Creme de Violette
1/2 Oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Flamed Lemon Peel (Garnish)

Recipe Instructions:

Pour the gin, liqueurs and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker that has been filled with ice.
Shake well for 45 seconds.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with the flamed lemon peel and enjoy!
