1 TBSP Butter
1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
4 Slices of Beef Heart (1" Thick)
2 TBSP Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
Place the 4 heart slices in a plastic sealable bag and pour in apple cider vinegar.
Seal bag and refrigerate overnight.
Remove heart slices from the sealed bag and pat dry.
Place butter in a skillet on high heat, place the heart slices in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side until browned on the outside but pink in the middle.
Place heart slices on a serving plate and drizzle with olive oil.
Serve immediately with salad or side of your choice.
