Hemp Seed Tabbouleh Salad Recipe.


Ingredients:


1/2 Cup Hemp Hearts
1 Green Onion (Chopped)
1 Cup Fresh Parsley (Finely Chopped)
1 Cup Fresh Cilantro (Finely Chopped)
1 English Cucumber (Cut into Chunks)
1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes (Quartered)
1 Lemon (Juiced)
2 TBSP Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper


Recipe Instructions:


In a large glass bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix until very well combined.
Place bowl in refrigerator to 30 minutes and once chilled, serve.
