2 (28 Oz) Blocks Extra Firm Tofu
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Quinoa Flour
1/3 Cup Nutritional Yeast
1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
1 TSP Dried Garlic
1 TSP Dried Sage
1/2 TSP Paprika
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
Cut the blocks of tofu into 1/2" thick slices, each block should make about 6 steaks.
In a small glass bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients, set aside.
In another small glass bowl, put the olive oil.
To prepare, take a tofu steak and pass it through the bowl with the oil, then place it in the bowl with the dry ingredients to coat with the mixture.
Place the tofu on the prepared baking sheet.
When all of the tofu steaks have been coated, place the baking sheet in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, flip, then cook another 15-20 minutes until the tofu is golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and serve with your favorite side dish.
