Herb Spread With Vegetable Sticks Recipe.


Ingredients:


For the Spread

1 Cup Goat Cheese (Unsalted)
1 TBSP Mixed Fresh Herbs (Finely Chopped)
2 TBSP Grapeseed Oil
Pinch of Salt

For the Vegetable Sticks

1/2 Cup Carrot (Cut into Sticks)
2 Ribs of Celery (Cut into 3rds)
3 Scallions (Cut into 3rds)


Recipe Instructions:


In the bowl of a food processor, add all of the ingredients for the spread and process for roughly 30-60 seconds until well combined, smooth and creamy.
Place the vegetable sticks on a plate and serve with the spread alternately, the spread can be served over a leafy green salad.
