Avocado & Bacon Scrambled Eggs Recipe.


Ingredients:


8 Eggs
1/2 Cup Pouring Cream
1 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
1 Avocado (Peeled, Pitted and Cubed)
2 TBSP Butter (Unsalted)
6 Slices Bacon (Cooked Crispy and Crumbled)


Recipe Instructions:


In a medium glass bowl, mix the eggs, cream, salt and pepper with a fork.
Gently stir in the cubed avocado set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter, when almost completely melted, swirl butter around the bottom of the skillet to coat.
Pour egg mixture into skillet and when the bottom begins to set, begin to gently stir and break up the eggs.
Cook until the eggs are thick but still moist, remove skillet from heat and transfer eggs to a serving platter, sprinkle with bacon crumbles and serve hot.
