4 Cups Brewed Tea
2 Cups Fresh Hibiscus Flower (Calyx and Pistil Removed)
1 1/2 Cups White Sugar
3 Limes (Juiced)
2 Sprigs Fresh Mint
To a one gallon pitcher, add the sugar and pour over the brewed tea, top up with enough water to make 1 gallon.
Add the lime juice and hibiscus flower and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Cover pitcher and place in the refrigerator to chill for 2-3 hours to allow the hibiscus flavor to develop.
Serve over ice and garnish with mint sprigs.
