2 Bananas (Frozen, Chopped)
1 Cup Cashews (No Salt Added)
1 Avocado (Peeled, Pitted and Halved)
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Pistachios (Chopped)
In the bowl of a food processor, blend the banana, avocado, maple syrup, coconut milk and cashews until smooth and creamy, transfer the mixture to a container with a tight fitting lid, stir in the crushed pistachios.
Serve immediately or store in the freezer cover until ready to use.
