Irish Coffee Affogato Recipe.

Ingredients:

1 Scoop Vanilla Gelato
1 Oz Jameson's Whiskey (or Irish Cream)
2 Oz Hot Coffee
1/4 TSP Grated Chocolate

Recipe Instructions:

In a chilled glass coffee mug, or dessert bowl, add one large scoop of vanilla gelato.
Pour over a shot of Jameson's Irish Whisky then, slowly pour the hot coffee over the top of the gelato.
Sprinkle with grated white chocolate.
Serve immediately with a spoon.
