Island Mule Cocktail Recipe.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Oz Dark Rum
1/2 Oz Creme de Cacao
1/2 Oz Simple Syrup
1/2 Oz Fresh Lime Juice
4 Oz Ginger Beer
1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)

Recipe Instructions:

In a cocktail shaker 3/4 filled with ice place, rum, creme de cacao, simple syrup and lime juice.
Shake for 30 seconds until chilled.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Top glass with ginger beer, garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!
