1/2 Cup Olive Oil
2 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
2 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
1 TSP Dried Tarragon
1 TSP Dried Marjoram
1 TSP Mustard Powder
1/2 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
Combine all of the ingredients in a large glass bowl and whisk until well combined, transfer the dressing to a bottle or container with an air-tight lid and allow to stand for 30 minutes before placing in the refrigerator to chill until ready to use.
Dressing will keep refrigerated for up to 10 days.
