4 Slices Genoa Salami
4 Slices Mortadella
4 Slices Sopressata
4 Slices Pepperoni
4 Slices Provolone Cheese
1 TBSP Mayonnaise
1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
Layer meat slices from largest to smallest, Genoa Salami, Mortadella, Sopressata, Pepperoni.
Once layer, spread a thin amount of mayonnaise on the stack, ensuring that you leave space at the largest piece to keep it from spilling out when rolled.
Add a slice of provolone cheese on top of the mayonnaise about halfway from the top.
Starting from the bottom of the stack, roll, the meat and cheese gently, but tightly and secure with a toothpick.
To serve sprinkle with Italian seasoning and enjoy chilled.
