Avocado Hummus Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 (16 Oz) Can Chickpeas (Rinsed & Drained)
2 Ripe Avocados (Cored & Peeled)
2 TBSP Tahini
1 Clove Garlic (Peeled & Roughly Chopped)
3 TBSP Fresh Lime Juice
2 TBSP Olive Oil
2 TBSP Fresh Cilantro
1/2 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper


Recipe Instructions:


Add all ingredients to a bowl of a food processor and blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Can be served immediately or stored in an airtight container for 3 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 month in the freezer.
