Jack Daniel's Tennessee Rye Sazerac Recipe.

Ingredients:

2 Oz Jack Daniel's? Tennessee Rye
2 Dashes Peychaud?s? Bitters
2 Dashes Angostura? Bitters
1 Bar spoon absinthe

Recipe Instructions:

Rinse the glass with the absinthe, add crushed ice and set it aside
.
1/2 fill a cocktail mixing glass with cubed ice
.
Add all ingredients and stir for 10 seconds
.
Discard the ice and any excess absinthe from the prepared glass
.
Strain the liquid into the glass
.
Add a lemon peel garnish.
