3 TBSP White Sesame Seeds (Toasted)
2 TBSP Rice Vinegar
1 TBSP Soy Sauce
2 TSP Brown Sugar
1 TSP Sesame Oil
Using a mortar and pestle, grind the toasted sesame seeds into a powder and transfer to a small glass bowl.
Add the rice vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil and mix to combine well.
Transfer the dressing to a bottle or container with an air-tight lid and refrigerate until ready to use.
Dressing will keep in the refrigerator for up to 14 days.
