Keto Cheese Bagels Recipe.


Ingredients:


2 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
1 TSP Baking Powder
3 oz Cream Cheese
1 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
2 Eggs


Recipe Instructions:


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium glass bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, almond flour, baking powder and cream cheese until evenly mixed.
Add the glass bowl to a microwave and heat for 1-2 minutes, remove and mix well.
Set aside to cool.
Once cheese mixture has cooled, add the 2 eggs and mix to combine, split the mixture into 6 portions and shape each like a bagel.
Place each of the bagels onto a sheet of parchment paper in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown on the top.
Serve and enjoy with additional cream cheese, cottage cheese or topping of choice.
