1 Cup Sugar
2 Cup Water
6 Kiwi (Peeled and Chopped)
1 Cup Seltzer Water
In a medium sized pot, over medium-low heat, add the sugar, kiwi fruit and water and simmer until the sugar is fully dissolved and mixture turns syrupy.
Remove from heat and allow to fully cool.
Once cooled, strain into a glass jug and place in refrigerator until ready to use.
To use, add 1/2 cup of kiwi syrup to a 16 oz cup filled with ice and fill with seltzer water.
Serve immediately.
