1 LB Pork Belly (Boneless)
1/2 Onion (Thinly Sliced into Strips)
3 Green Onions (Sliced into 2" Pieces)
3 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
1 TSP Ginger (Minced)
1/4 Cup Korean Red Chili Paste
1 TSP Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce (Low-Sodium)
3 TBSP Rice Wine
1 TBSP Sesame Oil
1 TBSP Sugar
1 TSP Ground Black Pepper
1 TBSP Canola Oil
Slice pork belly into really thin slices and add to a large glass bowl.
Add all other ingredients except for canola oil to bowl and mix well to coat everything evenly.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Heat canola oil in a pan over high heat, add pork mixture and stir fry until pork begins to get crispy on the edges.
This should take about 6-8 minutes.
When crispy and hot, serve with rice.
