Korean Chicken Wings Recipe.


Ingredients:


4 LBs Chicken Wings (Patted Dry)
1 1/4 Cup of All Purpose Flour
1 1/4 Cup of Cornstarch
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/2 Cup Sriracha Hot Sauce
4 TBSP Honey
3 TSP Fresh Lemon Juice


Recipe Instructions:


In a medium glass bowl whisk together the flour and cornstarch, season mixture with salt and pepper.
Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour and cornstarch mixture until evenly coated.
In a large deep skillet or shallow pan, pour about 1 1/2" of vegetable oil and heat over a medium heat until it reaches a temperature of 350 degrees.
Working in batches, add 4-5 chicken wings to the hot oil using tongs.
Cook until golden brown on one side for about 4-5 minutes, flip and cook a further 3-4 minutes until the second side is golden brown.
Place the fried chicken on a bakers rack lines with paper towels, repeat for remaining chicken.
In a medium glass bowl whisk together the ketchup, sriracha, honey and lemon juice until smooth.
Toss cooked chicken wings in the sauce and serve warm.
