Kung Pao Tofu Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 Block Extra Firm Tofu (Cut into Bite-Sized Pieces)
4 TSP Sesame Oil
2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1" Fresh Ginger (Minced)
2 Celery Ribs (Chopped)
1 Red Bell Pepper (Chopped)
1 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 TBSP Sriracha
1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
1/3 Cup Cashew Nuts (Chopped)
2 Scallions (Sliced)


Recipe Instructions:


Pour half of the sesame oil into a skillet over medium high heat.
Add the tofu, garlic, and ginger to the skillet once oil is hot and cook for 5-7 minutes until just cooked through.
Remove and set aside.
Add the remaining sesame oil to the pan, add the celery and red pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender crisp.
Meanwhile stir together the soy sauce, Sriracha, and pepper in a small glass bowl.
Place the tofu back into the pan and add the sauce and Cashew Nuts.
Cook for 1-2 minutes so the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and let rest for 2-3 minutes so sauce can further thicken.
Serve over cauliflower rice topped with sliced scallions.
