1 LB Ground Lamb
1 TSP Sea Salt
1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
1 TSBP Butter
In a large glass bowl, place the ground lamb, salt and pepper and mix to combine.
Form the meat mixture into palm sized patties about 1/2" thick.
Add the butter to a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook patties in hot pan for 3-4 minutes on each side until the middle reads 160 degrees on an instant read thermometer.
Serve warm.
