3 Chicken Breasts (Boneless, Skinless, Thinly Sliced)
2 Lemons (Zested & Juiced)
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
4 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
1 TSP Ground Black Pepper
In a large non-stick skillet, over medium heat, add the olive oil and heat until shimmering.
Add the garlic to the skillet and cook stirring constantly, for 30-45 seconds until the aromas are released.
Place the thinly sliced chicken breast into the pan and saut? For 10 minutes, ensuring the each side of the chicken strips get browned.
Once chicken is cooked, add the lemon zest and lemon juice and bring to a rolling boil.
Remove the skillet from the heat, season with black pepper, plate and enjoy hot.
