1lb Large Shrimp
1 Cup Cilantro
1 Bulb Garlic
1 Juice Lime
2 TBSP Chili Paste
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TBSP Dry White Wine
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
Trim bulb of garlic to expose cloves.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Roast in pre-heated oven for 13 minutes.
Remove from oven and chop.
In small bowl combine garlic and other ingredients (not shrimp) and whisk together until combined.
Heat a skillet on stovetop.
Dry shrimp and season with salt & pepper.
Drizzle shrimp with olive oil.
Cook shrimp in skillet for 2-3 minutes per side.
Transfer cooked shrimp to a bowl, add the sauce, toss to coat.
