Liver & Onions Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 1/4 LB Calves Liver
3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
Pinch of Paprika
Pinch of Dry Mustard Powder
2 Yellow Onions (Sliced)
3 TSP Butter


Recipe Instructions:


In a medium sized glass bowl, mix the flour and seasonings until combined well.
Dredge the calf?s liver in the seasoned flour.
In a large skillet on a medium high heat, add 1 TSP of butter and saut? The sliced onions until translucent for 3 minutes.
Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the liver slices and 2 TSP of butter.
Working in batches, fry the liver slices until browned on both sides.
Serve with saut?ed onions immediately.
